School Uniform Care Guide

Taking proper care of school uniforms helps maintain their quality and longevity. Follow these simple steps to keep them looking neat and fresh:

Wash with Care

✔ Always check the care label before washing.
✔ Use cold or warm water as recommended.
✔ Select a gentle cycle and use a mild detergent to prevent fading and fabric damage.
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can weaken fibers and alter colors.
✔ Treat stains with a uniform-safe stain remover before washing.
✔ Wash dark colors separately to prevent color bleeding.

Air Dry for Best Results

✔ Hang uniforms on a hanger or clothesline to air dry.
✔ Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
✔ If using a dryer, select a low heat setting and remove uniforms promptly to avoid shrinkage.

Iron with Care

✔ Check the care label for ironing instructions.
✔ Use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.
✔ Set the iron to the appropriate temperature and iron while the uniform is slightly damp for easier wrinkle removal.
✔ Start with the collar, then move downwards, ironing each section gently.
✔ Avoid applying too much pressure or leaving the iron in one spot for too long to prevent scorching.

By following these steps, you’ll keep school uniforms in top condition, ensuring they stay fresh and last longer! 😊
